• Active Emulsion for Bleaching and Dyeing it contains 12% Hydrogen Peroxide
• Oxibes 10 volume is formulated to leave unaltered the nature of the products to which is added
• Enhancing instead their effectiveness due to its active ingredient
• when used with other bleaching agents, it reduces their strength, while preserving their texture and easy application
• When added to bleaching powders or die-removing products, being peroxide free, it results in mild bleaching. 
• This product contains 0.1% moisturizing factor
  

Directions

1. 1:2 mixing ratio (1 part cosmetic cream highlighter + 2 part OXI 40 Volume)
2. Carefully follow directions of product being mixed with activator 
3. Leave in for 20-30 minutes
4. Rinse off
